Is the NPI set up in the proper spot on the Provider List? If so, you need to go to Report Manager, open the report title that you are using for paper claims, and edit the values in box 24j so that it will print the NPI. And, if you aren't doing so already, you need to go to the Medisoft website, and use their free knowledge base there. It usually has the answers for all types of questions like this.
